DISHES.

► OLIVE OIL MAYO:.
3 egg yolks.
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar.
1 lemon, juiced.
1 tsp Dijon mustard.
1 mug light olive oil (usage LIGHT olive oil, not extra virgin!).
salt, to taste.
pepper, to taste.

Separate egg yolks as well as place in a blending dish or gauging mug.
Add staying ingredients. Include salt as well as pepper, to taste.
Use an immersion mixer to pulse blend until well-integrated and thickened.
Place mayo in a container as well as store in the refrigerator for approximately 1 week.

Returns ~ 1 1/2 cups home made olive oil mayo.

► BEEF & BROCCOLI BOWL:.
Dish:.
1.5 Tbsp grass-fed butter, coconut oil or ghee.
2 tsp garlic paste.
1 tsp ginger paste.
1 lb organic ground beef.
4 mugs broccoli florets.
4 cups cauliflower rice.

Sauce:.
2 Tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce.
1 Tbsp sesame oil.
1/4 tsp salt & pepper.
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (to preference).

Toppings:.
1/2 avocado, cut.
sesame seeds.
2 environment-friendly onions, finely sliced.
anything else you prefer!

Include coconut, butter, or ghee oil to a frying pan over medium-high warm and enable to thaw.
Add garlic as well as ginger paste. Prepare until aromatic.
Add beef as well as cook till no more pink.
Add broccoli florets and also cauliflower rice. Season with salt & pepper. Mix to combine.
Cook till broccoli is intense and vibrant and prepared with to your liking.
Lower the heat as well as add your sauce ingredients. Throw to layer as well as season to preference.
Store in the fridge, or freeze if desired!
Take pleasure in cozy, covered with avocado pieces, sesame seeds, as well as environment-friendly onions– or your preferred garnishes!

► DIY ZESTY CILANTRO LIME DRESSING:.
1/2 jalapeno, seeded if preferred.
1 clove garlic.
1 lime, juiced.
pinch of salt.
1/2 cup cilantro.
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil.
Include all ingredients to the jug of your blender. Mix till smooth.
