Zero Carb Bread in 35 Minutes with Only 4 Ingredients?

Four Simple Ingredients = Zero Carb Bread

  • 3 eggs
  • Cream cheese
  • Tartar or baking powder (this depends on what you prefer)
  • And sugar (don’t worry, it’s very little)


Step One:

Separate the yolks from the eggs.

Step Two:

Put the yolks in a bowl and add 3 tablespoons of cream cheese and some sugar. Mix until you get a smooth mixture.

Step Three:

Take another bowl and add 1/4 teaspoon of tartar or baking powder and the egg whites. Mix until fluffy.

Step Four:

Now dump one bowl into the other, and mix them until smooth.

Step Five:

Take two cookie sheets and with a large spoon, make small circles as you pour out the mixture, to spread it fairly thinly.

(Secret Bonus Step):

For extra flavor, drizzle some olive oil.

Step Six:

Bake this zero-carb fluffy bread at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes. Adjust for high-altitude if you need to.
